ABOUT LOUISE LAWRENCE
In my work I've learned this:
"Clarity is the difference between repeating patterns
and changing outcomes."
The Short Version:
Louise Lawrence is an author and speaker specializing in behavioral pattern recognition, helping individuals and leaders identify the relationship blind spots that distort their decisions and derail their progress. Her framework is grounded in 35 years of corporate experience, including a national training and process improvement career at Honda.
The Medium Version:

Her debut book, Fix It or Finish It!, brings her decision framework to one of the hardest choices people face. Louise delivers strategic insight with warmth and precision, leaving audiences with the clarity and tools to act.
The Longer Version:
Louise Lawrence is an author, speaker, and behavioral pattern recognition expert whose work sits at the intersection of human behavior, decision-making, and change.
She spent 35 years in corporate North America, at Honda and Pitney Bowes. She served as a national trainer, process improvement leader, and national marketing manager at Pitney Bowes, and process improvement leader, district manager, and national trainer at Honda. Louise has worked across the organization and dealer body to help leaders, teams, and individuals cut through entrenched patterns, unspoken dynamics, and the relationship blind spots that undermine performance and progress. She has worked with diverse personalities, multiple roles, and high-stakes decisions at scale.
That career gave her a deep, field-tested understanding of how people actually behave under pressure : not how they say they will, but how they do.
Louise is known for her ability to help people see situations as they truly are, understand what those realities actually mean, and decide what to do next... without the roadblocks of emotional bias and avoidance. She uses clarity as a strategic tool, not a therapeutic one.
Through her self-study programs and her forthcoming book Fix It or Finish It!, Louise helps individuals identify the relationship blind spots driving their personal decisions. Through speaking engagements, trainings, and workshops, she works with organizations and leadership teams on decision-making under pressure, behavioral patterns, and the human factors that determine whether change efforts succeed... or derail.
